Pheona Wall is an Advocate, Commissioner of Oaths and Chartered Mediator with a Bachelors’ Degree in Law, a Diploma in Legal Practice and an MBA in Management. She is the immediate Uganda Law Society(ULS) President Emeritus (2020-2022).

Her legal journey began in 2019 with internships at the Ministry of Justice and Stanbic Bank Uganda, where she built a solid foundation in case preparation, contract review, fintech research, and litigation support.

Jimmy is an Advocate of the Courts of Judicature of the Republic of Uganda. He holds a Master of Commercial Law (Honors Degree) including Corporate Governance Law from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, a Bachelor of Law Degree with Honours (LL.B Hons) from Makerere University and a Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Center, Kampala.
