Patricia is a dedicated and versatile legal professional with experience across civil litigation, corporate law, financial regulation, and strategic legal advisory. Her legal journey began in 2019 with internships at the Ministry of Justice and Stanbic Bank Uganda, where she built a solid foundation in case preparation, contract review, fintech research, and litigation support.She later worked with KCB Bank (U) Ltd, focusing on compliance and verification of legal documents related to securities. From 2020 to 2023, Patricia served as an Assistant Associate at L-Bulya & Co. Advocates, handling matters across corporate and commercial law, arbitration, litigation, constitutional practice, employment, and real estate.In 2024, she took on the role of Legal Advisor at MIGPRI Technologies Ltd, offering company secretarial services, contract management, and real estate legal support. Currently, as Head of Litigation at Nabasa & Company Advocates, Patricia leads a team of litigators, overseeing complex and high-stakes legal matters while maintaining strong relationships with clients and regulatory bodies. She is known for her legal acumen, professionalism, and strategic insight across diverse areas of practice.
